This is where you should answer the most common questions prospective customers might have. It’s a good idea to cover things like your return policy, product warranty info, shipping and returns, etc. Check out the examples below.

I want a system. What do you need from me?

Fill out our easy RO questionnaire, found HERE.

Do you need a water sample from my well?

We will need a water sample or the test results from that sample

Do I have to use your lab for my water sample test?

Not at all. We will gladly help you find a third-party lab if you don’t already have one

I’m unsure of exactly what size system I need. Is there a simple way for me to tell?

We can help you calculate exactly what size system you need based off of your yearly water usage history and irrigated crop size

How do I know where to put the container on my property?

We will come to do a full on-site audit and work with you to find the best location taking into account multiple variables

Does it take up a lot of space?

Our RO systems are painstakingly engineered to give the highest amount of GPM’s in the smallest footprint possible. We build our systems in either 20ft or 40ft containers depending on what is appropriate for your needs

Do I need to install the RO system?

Not at all. From beginning to end we completely take care of everything. We work with you to find out exactly what your water needs are, engineer & fabricate a custom RO system for those needs and have our skilled team install the system. We keep our team on constant standby for the first 2 weeks of operation until we are completely sure that your system is running at 100%.

I thought RO’s were wasteful?!

They absolutely were, until now. We typically see a minimum of at least 75% - 80% recovery with our system.

I understand that I get a stream of clean water but what is the 2nd stream (mineralized stream)?

The mineralized stream is just the total dissolved solids (TDS) that are already in the water, just separated out. TDS like salt and boron has a detrimental effect on harvested yield from non-tolerant sodium plants. We are just removing them into a secondary stream.

What can be done with the 2nd/mineralized stream?

There are many low impact options that are very easy to implement with irrigating salt tolerant cash crops being the most popular!

How often do I need to replace the membranes?

With our innovative CIP system you can have the necessary regular, and worry free, cleaning the membranes need without having to unnecessarily replace them before their full life span. Learn more about our integrated CIP systems HERE (hyperlink to CIP page)

Will I know what’s going on with the system even if it is in a remote location or I am off site?

We have the capability to wirelessly communicate with our systems in real time, providing you instant access to alerts, real time data as well as video and audio surveillance.

Is there a warranty with the system?

There is a 1 year warranty on our systems and 2 year on electronics.

I know how to farm but don’t know anything about reverse osmosis systems. Do you have maintenance plans, so I don’t have to worry about it?

Absolutely! We will be able to serve you as much or as little as you need.
